Children may spend whole day in the garden, playing in between plants, in the swimming pool or at the nearby beach.
Villa has 6 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and can be great place for Croatia family reunion.
Divided in 4 apartments – part of the family have their own privacy if they would like.
Each apartment has kitchen, bathroom, 1 or 2 bedrooms, balcony with sitting garniture and shared swimming pool area.
This is great example of Mediterranean building as it once was, adjusted to the needs of modern man.
Villa accommodates up to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
Consisting of 2 apartments that can be connected with the door. Each apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting garniture. One apartment’s kitchen have dishwasher, while both kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine. On this floor there is also small laundry room. Outside of the house, stone stairs leads to second floor.
First floor:
Two separate apartments are on the second floor. One apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin), kitchen equipped with coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator, dining area and bathroom. This apartment also have balcony with nice sea view. Other apartment has one double bedroom equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
All apartments have SAT TV, free Wi Fi Internet access and air-condition.
Outside:
24 m2 large swimming pools with sun beds, sitting garniture and barbecue are just in front where you will probably spend entire day. Next to the pool there is a children sand box and children house for playing.
Private parking for 6 cars is available next to the villa.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Villa does not accept youth groups.
Damage deposit: 200, 00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
