Apartments are located in a rarely peaceful part of Petrovac, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the very centre of Petrovac. We offer five new luxury equipped apartments of different structure.
Petrovac beach is 600m long with red gravel and it is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro. The beach which also should not be missed is Lučice beach which is located near Petrovac and you may come to the beach by 10 minutes’ walk along the asphalt path and by car, as well. There is also Buljarice near with one of the longest beaches in Montenegro.
APARTMENT 1
Five-bed apartment
Five-bed apartment is on the first floor. On the space of about 40 square meters there are two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and the terrace. Each room has its air-condition and double bed. Furthermore, there is also a utility room with one bed. The apartment has TV with cable TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The terrace is comfortable and very pleasant thanks to the thick shade of vine. Both rooms have the exit to the terrace.

Four-bed apartment
Four-bed apartment is on the first floor. It is fully renovated in 2012 and fashionably equipped with air-condition and cable internet. On the space of about 42 square meters there are two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and two terraces. Bedroom has double bed and a small terrace. There is a three-seater in the living room which may be extended in a bed of standard dimensions, LCD television with a cable TV and the kitchen which is fully equipped. The terrace has a view of the green of the courtyard.
APARTMENT 3
Three-bed apartment
Three-bed apartment is on the first floor of newly built house. Its area is about 35 m², it is new, fashionably equipped with air-condition and wireless internet. It consists of the room, kitchen, bathroom and the terrace. The room is spacious and the comfortable double bed and the bed for one person are separated by the barrier on which there is LCD TV with cable TV. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped.
Apartment 5
Four-bed apartment
Four-bed apartment is on the second floor of the newly built house. It is very spacious of the area of about 75m², new, fashionably equipped with air-condition and wireless internet. It consists of two separate rooms, kitchen, bathroom and the terrace. In the room there is a double bed and in the big living room there is a three-seater which may be extended in a bed of standard dimensions, LCD television with a cable TV. The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped. The terrace is spacious with a sea view and thee view of Katič island.
