The picturesque Villa MONTENEGRINA ART is located in Lustica – Zanjic cove, in the shade of tall pine and olive trees, a mere 10 meters away from the sea.
The villa comprises 14 apartments, divided between four small buildings.
In between those, out in the open air, is our restaurant, offering a varied Mediterranean and National cuisine.
This is a focal point of the complex, where our guests gather for a drink or meal, or to enjoy various cultural and entertainment events organised in the evenings on an open-air stage next to the restaurant.
As various painting, sculpture and music workshops and seminars are organised throughout the year in the “MONTENEGRINA ART” complex, the guests can enjoy various works of art displayed on the premises, as well as an occasional concert of classical or popular music.
Architecturally, the Vilal fits perfectly into the natural surroundings. In an effort to help preserve the surrounding nature, a great deal of electricity supply in the villa comes from solar energy.
Our guests usually enjoy spending time at the rocky beach just outside the hotel, with deck chairs provided for their comfort free of charge. However, the main pebble beach Zanjic is also at their disposal, only 50 meters away.

CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES
In addition to providing accommodation and preparing delicious food, we also organise cultural and entertainment activities, with the aim to introduce our guests to the local culture and tradition.
In the out of season months, we organize painting, sculpture and music workshops and seminars, so the guests can enjoy various works of art displayed on the premises.
In order to create a nice and relaxing atmosphere and provide entertainment for our guests, we also organize the following:
· popular music concerts
· classical music concerts
· dancing parties
· Montenegrin folk dance and national cuisine evenings
· exhibitions of contemporary Montenegrin painters
For the entertainment of our youngest guests, there is a small playground area within the complex.
